Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (1 month onsite training, then hybrid schedule) 
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary Range: $23/hr - $26/hr

Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Billing Clerk to join our client's team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in billing or accounts receivable. This role involves a one-month onsite training period, followed by a hybrid work schedule.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.

  • Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

  • Process payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.

  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.

  • Prepare and distribute regular billing reports.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 
Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in billing or accounts receivable.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.

  • Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
