Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is helping our client with a year end staffing need. We are looking for a well rounded accounts receivable specialist who will work in office daily in Sacramento, CA. This is a fast paced, high volume role with daily/weekly deadlines and you’ll be a key part of the team as year end is underway.

Key duties are:

Cash application

Research and reconciliation of short pays

Working with sales to research client billing questions

Collections via phone and email

Review of AR reports

Experience needed:

2 plus years of recent Accounts Receivable work

Fast and accurate data entry for cash posting from lock box reports

Excel intermediate

Experience with Great Plains a plus.

AA in Accounting a plus
