Administrative Assistant

We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Southampton, Pennsylvania for a temporary, part-time contractual engagement that is 100% onsite and has potential to lead to a permanent opportunity (based on performance/business needs).
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with handling a variety of administrative duties, including responding to inbound calls, maintaining organized records, assembling tax & business return packets, and handling document scanning tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively respond to and manage inbound phone calls
• Ensure all documents are accurately scanned and stored
• Assist in the preparation of tax return packets
• Maintain an organized filing system for all documents and records
• Provide overall administrative support to the team.
