The HR Generalist-Benefits Administration Specialist contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives by providing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and high behavior expectations. The ideal candidate will manage the administration of HR operations, including benefits administration support to employees, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.

  • Administers compensation programs; monitors performance evaluation programs and assists with revisions as necessary.
  • Serves as a point of contact for benefits-related issues, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communication of benefit information to employees.
  • Maintains alignment with all diversity programs and files EEO 1 reports annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HR generalist role.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Excellent PC software skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, and payroll systems.
