Campaign Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute field marketing campaigns that are in line with the company's objectives
• Collaborate with industry marketing teams to manage logistics for events and webinars
• Assist in promoting associations and buying group programs through the development of email campaigns and campaign kits
• Take the lead in planning and executing regional events to generate leads and build relationships with key prospects and customers
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, from budgeting to vendor management, and post-event analysis
• Work closely with the branding team to create event branding and creative activations
• Coordinate logistics for global events, including shipments, accommodations, and travel arrangements
• Analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and report regularly on progress towards company and campaign goals
• Proactively engage with industry and field marketing sales partners, as well as customer success teams, to ensure successful events
• Develop internal communication tools such as newsletters and event trackers to promote events and other marketing activities.• Proficiency in customer service, showcasing an ability to respond effectively to customer inquiries and concerns
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey marketing messages clearly
• Proven sales experience, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to create detailed reports, tracking marketing performance and metrics
• Sound understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Exceptional planning skills, able to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in analytics, able to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
• Strong research skills, capable of conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities
• Experience in coordinating and executing marketing activities
• Understanding of logistics and shipping functions, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials
• Proficiency in budgeting, with the ability to manage marketing budgets effectively
• Ability to track progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet marketing objectives
• Experience in working with partners, demonstrating strong networking skills
• Experience in campaign planning, from conceptualization to execution
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Comfortable with conference calls, able to effectively communicate and engage in remote meetings
• Understanding of buying processes, able to develop marketing strategies that align with customer buying habits
• Experience in creating engaging newsletters, driving customer engagement and retention
• Proficient in event planning, with experience in organizing marketing events and trade shows
• Ability to manage deliverables, ensuring all marketing materials are produced on time and within budget
• Experience in executing successful marketing campaigns, both online and offline
• Ability to make travel arrangements, coordinating logistics for marketing events and trips
• Experience in creating and managing email campaigns, driving customer engagement and conversion.
