ProCare Therapy is Seeking Paraprofessionals for the 24/25 School Year

Location: Riverside, California
Position:Paraprofessional
Caseload:Details will be discussed during interview
Hours: Fulltime | 35 Hours per week

Role Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our team, working with a partnered school district in the Riverside, CA areaThis is your chance to support students with special needs and play a vital role in their educational success.

What Youll Do:

  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to help students build positive social skills and appropriate behaviors.
  • Track student progress, collaborating closely with teachers and the educational team.
  • Provide individualized and small group support to enhance students' learning experiences and growth.

What Were Looking For:

  • High School Diploma Required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting OR working with children is preferred.
  • Experience with difficult behaviors and behavioral disabilities preferred
  • Must be okay with toileting and other student needs.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
