Position: Behavior Support Specialist
Location: Riverside, CA (Corona-Norco Unified School District)
Pay: Competitive rate of $22 per hour
Employment Type: W2, Weekly direct deposit

Job Description:

Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours (8 AM to 3 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the behavior analyst or special education team.
  • Provide direct support to students in managing behaviors and developing appropriate social skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive and structured learning environment.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and assist in the development of behavior goals.
  • Support students with emotional and behavioral challenges in various educational settings.

  • Resume Review: Conducted by the hiring team.
