About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at AmplifyBio. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our suppliers and raw materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain supplier quality management programs to ensure compliance with GMP regulations
  • Conduct regular audits of suppliers and internal processes to identify and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality processes
  • Develop and maintain quality technical agreements with suppliers
  • Manage the supplier audit schedule and generate audit plans
  • Conduct follow-ups on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. biochemistry, biology, chemistry)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in quality assurance within a GxP biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment
  • Documented experience with supplier quality management and internal/external auditing
  • Ability to apply GMP regulations and guidelines related to supplier management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
