Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, and assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Coordinate training and development programs, ensuring employees have access to necessary resources.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, including attendance, leave, and compensation data.
Support performance management processes, including scheduling performance reviews and maintaining documentation.
Assist with compliance-related tasks, such as ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
