We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Miami, Florida. Your primary role will involve various tasks related to accounting documentation and invoice coding into the system, all within the accounting department.


Responsibilities

• Accurately code invoices into the system for the accounting department

• Manage and organize files related to accounting

• Handle all aspects of customer service, including resolving inquiries

• Efficiently perform calculations as required

• Ensure accurate records are maintained for all customer credit applications

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry tasks and email correspondence

• Execute scanning tasks as required

• Apply your 10 key skills for typing tasks efficiently and accurately.
