Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team located in North Miami Beach, Florida. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a key role in managing customer data, processing customer orders, and handling customer inquiries. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is crucial in maintaining efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all instructions are thoroughly followed
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer orders
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Use 10-key skills to perform calculations as required
• Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and reference
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and correspondence purposes
• Review and recall information to ensure correct order classification
• Adhere to deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Use email for correspondence with customers and internal teams
• Perform scanning and typing tasks as necessary

• Proven experience in a data entry role or similar

• Solid understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Demonstrable typing skills for efficient data input

• Excellent customer service abilities to liaise with various stakeholders

• Ability to handle email correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner

• Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing and organizing files

• Experience in scanning documents and digitizing data

• Aptitude for performing calculations and handling numerical data

• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills for data entry

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
