Partners Personnel is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our client in the Raleigh NC area.  This is a Hybrid position.  $26.00 to 29.00/hour DOE - Contract position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Liaison between the candidates and hiring managers.
  • Create interview-specific documents, compile Applicant Feedback Forms for hiring manager.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate recruiting dates.
  • Create job posting of open jobs via ATS and other relevant job.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of process of positions throughout the recruiting process.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the process.
  • Coordinate any necessary travel arrangements, while managing reimbursement as required.
  • Coordinate drug screens and background checks for new hires.
  • Provide regular updates to the Recruiting Team and support other recruiting-related administrative tasks as needed.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience required, working in corporate high-volume setting.
  • High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking and Talent Management Systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Taleo) strongly desired.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus on deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
