What You'll Do:

- Run daily operations like a pro—making sure everything flows smoothly.

- Develop strategies to grow the business and keep things fresh.

- Be the face of our brand, showing off what makes us stand out.

- Create an unforgettable vibe for our guests and a welcoming space for our team.


What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience managing in an upscale casual spot (you’ve got the know-how).

- Understanding of financials, costs, and how to grow a business (numbers don’t scare you).

- Proven ability to train, inspire, and lead a team.

- Self-starter with a "let’s do this" attitude and a strong ownership mindset.

- Leadership that motivates, empowers, and creates a positive team culture.
