Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage a business plan that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
  • Knowledge of how to grow an existing business
  • The focus is on our guests and our community
  • The goal is to always provide an outstanding dining experience through presentation, taste, service, and atmosphere

Restaurant General Manager Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years General Manager Upscale Casual experience required
  • Financials and Cost Controls expert
  • Train and Develop a strong team
  • Self-starter, Self-driven Independent thinker
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit
  • Must stay current with the Austin dining scene
