What We’re Looking For:

  • A culinary leader with 4+ years of Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining settings.
  • Expertise in managing P&L, food costs, and inventory with a keen eye for detail and excellence.
  • A natural leader who fosters a teaching and learning environment, motivating the team to achieve success.
  • A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences through flawless execution and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to partner with management, colleagues, and vendors to achieve operational excellence.

Your Role:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Manage food specifications, inventory, and vendor relationships while ensuring optimal food cost management.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, creating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Drive profitability, enhance the guest experience, and deliver culinary excellence every day.

Requirements:

  • A culinary degree is a plus, but not required.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Chef.
  • A background in upscale to fine dining environments is essential.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bring out the best in your team.
