Mental Health Clinician

Job Overview
Insight Global is looking for a Mental Health Clinician, either a licensed LCSW or LPC, for our higher education customer in New Jersey. This person will be consulted out to local NJ school programs to help provide onsite mental health therapy and support for their student population. This role will be 100% focused on adolescent and child patients. The therapy will consist of anxiety and depression disorders, suicide prevention, drug addiction, and other disorders. This role will include working with the onsite staff and other psychologists at each school. This person may need to present the impact of additional therapy support to the school. We are looking for someone who will work very well with other stakeholders and team members to provide overarching support for the patient population.
Schedule
Monday - Friday (Hybrid)
Must-haves
- 1-3+ years of experience as an LPC or LCSW
- Master’s Degree in mental health related field
- Experience with adolescent and child based behavioral health therapy
- Experience with anxiety and depression disorders, drug addiction, suicide prevention therapy
- Experience working an coordinating with parents
- Experience documenting crisis reports
- Ability to work well with a team of other therapists and school faculty members
