Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Crews Center in Lawrenceville, GA.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. As a Lead Clinician, you will be responsible for supervising a team of clinicians and providing guidance on complex cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of clinicians, providing guidance on case management, treatment planning, and coordination with community resources
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to clients requiring complex intervention
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Perform commitment determinations and execute orders of involuntary commitments as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution
  • Licensure in the area of assignment (e.g., LCSW, LMFT)
  • At least two years of post-license experience or equivalent
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
