Excellent Benefits - Our Team seeks a bookkeeper skillset (AP/AR), Credit/Bank Recs, accrual and cash accounting, Grant and Non-Profit knowledge a HUGE plus


Responsibilities:


  • Receive & enter daily sales reports, donations, rentals, etc.
  • Process vendor invoices, approvals, and payments
  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Filing
  • Submit union reports.
  • Assist in the annual audit.
  • Bar taxes and concession reports
  • QuickBooks
  • (ticketing/donation software)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required to handle various accounting tasks efficiently.

• Demonstrated ability in managing Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary for the accurate tracking and collection of payments.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is essential for maintaining financial records and processing transactions.

Grant Accounting is a plus

• Proven experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping, with the ability to handle all accounting operations independently.
