Job DescriptionJob Description

We are based in Cincinnati, Ohio, operating in the construction/contractor industry and searching for a committed Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, your role will involve managing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring effective communication with project managers, and maintaining an accurate record of project expenses and revenues.


Responsibilities:


• Carry out thorough financial reporting related to project costs, profitability, and performance

• Apply the percentage of completion accounting method for estimating project revenue and costs

• Conduct regular budget versus actual analysis to identify variances

• Monitor project costs and ensure correct expense allocation

• Maintain precise expense and revenue forecasts for ongoing projects

• Assist in the creation of financial statements, following essential guidelines and requirements

• Work closely with project managers to establish a financial control structure for key project activities

• Use CRM, Maps API, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other relevant tools to perform tasks effectively

• Implement auditing and budget processes as part of capital management

• Utilize AIA Billing and percentage of completion methodologies in your work

• Employ skills in AB Testing and About Time software to enhance your work efficiency.
