Property Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for tenants, promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and new tenant onboarding, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor rent collections and assist with late payment follow-ups, issuing notices as needed.
• Schedule routine maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring high standards of property upkeep.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors, obtaining bids for services and ensuring timely and quality completion of work.
• Prepare, review, and maintain lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
• Manage the property’s budget, monitor expenses, and assist with the preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure the property complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety codes and landlord-tenant laws.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, tracking tenant requests, and assisting with property marketing.
• Assist with marketing efforts for vacant units, including preparing listing materials, coordinating showings, and conducting property tours for prospective tenants.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Property Administrator role or similar field
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is preferred
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a must
• Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne would be advantageous
• Proficiency in using Management System tools is necessary
• Prior experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Billing Functions and procedures
• Experience in Budget Processes and financial planning
