We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to play a crucial role in coordinating and enhancing the organization’s daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory tasks, including the movement, restocking, and accounting of items stored in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Record Management: Compile and update accurate inventory records to ensure supplies are properly tracked and up-to-date.
• Pharmaceutical Inventory Management: Ensure proper stocking, rotation, and monitoring of drug supplies, including checking expiration dates of pharmaceuticals.
• Medication Stocking: Fill and stock medications into automated devices and other storage locations efficiently.
• Automation Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various types of pharmacy automation equipment, including Autofill devices, Baker Cells, Kalish cells, A-frames, repackaging equipment, and electronic scales.
• Order Fulfillment: Use scanning equipment and computer systems to select specific drugs/products by name, strength, and National Drug Code (NDC) number to fulfill orders accurately.
• Reorder Management: Suggest reorder points for revolving stock and monitor supply availability to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma (HS) or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
• Experience: Minimum of four years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic understanding of mathematical calculations.
• Computer Skills: Basic typing and proficiency in using PC-based software.
• Language Skills: Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 150 pounds using a rolling cart or pallet jack.
• Stamina: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (8-10 hours), perform repetitive motions, and reach or stoop as required for the tasks.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being an effective team player.

• Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, often under pressure.

Normal Hours of Operation:

• 6:00 AM -2:30 PM Monday through Friday.

The Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any vacation awards, holiday and statutory sick pay when and where required. Benefits begin on the first day of the month following one full month worked on an approved applicable federally funded assignment as a full-time (30 hours or more per week) non-exempt ActOne Government Solutions Federal Service Contract Associate. Prior to the first day health benefits begin, if applicable, all employer contributions will be deposited into a 401(k) on the scheduled contribution date.
