Teletherapy Washington K-12 Speech Language Pathologist

Overview: Vocovision Teletherapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our remote team for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Please find further details and how to apply below:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication skills.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions using teletherapy software and tools.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Washington state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SLP in a school setting.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with teletherapy platforms (training provided).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students effectively.
