We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal in Lake Forest (soon to be moving to Irvine). This role will involve strong project management skills, reporting directly to the General Counsel.


This role serves as a comprehensive support system in our legal department, helping manage real estate, employment law claims, compliance, insurance, sustainability, and investigations. This position will also involve handling both real estate leases/property management and overflow litigation tasks.


The role will be based in office daily in Orange County - please do not apply if you do not live here.


Responsibilities

• Assist the General Counsel in managing real estate, claims, compliance, insurance, sustainability, and investigations projects

• Participate in litigation support when needed, although litigation is not a primary requirement for this role

• Utilize legal spend tracker and case management software to submit invoices and manage legal holds

• Use project management skills to calendar deadlines and track progress

• Conduct internal employment law investigations and handle complaint inquiries
