Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Blue Ash, Ohio
Salary: $18 - $21 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and an Administrative Coordinator to support our client’s executive team and ensure smooth office operations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is for an upcoming opening next month with one of our clients in Blue Ash, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
Handle office supplies and inventory management.
Support team events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
