Corporate Receptionist

As the Corporate Receptionist, you will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. This role requires a friendly, professional, and organized individual who can efficiently manage front desk operations, direct calls, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Manage visitor sign-in, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Assist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and coordinating visitor passes.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Support office administration tasks, such as data entry, filing, and handling office supplies.
Provide assistance to various departments for special projects and events, as needed.
Respond to inquiries in a polite and helpful manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role in a corporate environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office phone systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle various requests with efficiency and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with visitor management software or scheduling tools.
Experience in a corporate setting or similar professional environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
