At Service Corporation International, we're dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and their families. As a Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience for our clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a funeral home or cemetery setting.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other administrative software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
