Job Title: Office Manager Support
Location Seattle/Bellevue (Hybrid - Remote with initial on-site training)
We are a dynamic company with a strong emphasis on teamwork and trust. Our office is home to approximately 30 employees. We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to support our Office Manager, who has been with us for 15 years and wears many hats, from data entry to accounting and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Role: Assist the Office Manager in various tasks including data entry, accounting, payroll, and maintaining up-to-date contract notes.
Communication: Handle the high volume of transactions efficiently.
Office Management: Manage office inventory and supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized.
Proactive Thinking: Anticipate needs and think ahead to support the smooth operation of the office.
Trust and Reliability: Build and maintain a high level of trust within the office environment.
Qualifications:
Experience in an office manager or senior administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Pay Details: $25.78 to $27.78 per hour
