Services Case Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Services Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in the South LA Area. This position will be working within our client's interim housing environment and will be a contract-to-hire, Monday-Friday, full time opportunity.
This position will be focused on assisting our client's program participants with intake into the interim housing location and assisting with immediate supportive services as needed, creating ISPs, and helping to reach their goals of finding a more permanent housing environment. This role will be working directly with the homeless demographic and individuals must feel comfortable working with individuals experience mental health and/or substance abuse ailments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required - no exceptions
- Minimum 1 year of case management/social work experience
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office and Software Systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish desired (not required)
- Empathy and compassion towards others
- Strong de-escalation skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to remain professional and have boundaries while guiding clients
- Can work well with others and be productive independently
- Able to analyze and problem solve under pressure as needed
- Ability to work within multiple software systems
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
