  • We are hiring immediately for a full time FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR position.
  • Location: Tyson Foods - 2023 Hasty Street, Monroe, NC 28112. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous food service management experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  • Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  • Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
