Robert Half currently has an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Office Manager to lead operations with our client in Metairie, Louisiana. Hoping to push your career in the right direction? Then this Office Manager position may be for you. The Office Manager role is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.


Your responsibilities:


  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Daily upkeep of check registers
  • Responsible for general ledger entries
  • Record journal entries
  • Closing out books monthly
  • Setting up vendors in system
  • Prepare deposits
  • Account reconciliations
  • Financial reporting
  • 2+ years Bookkeeping/Accounting experience ideal
  • Technically proficient, with strong problem resolution skills
  • Tax preparation experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Experience with Sage50
  • Excellent organization skills
