A large real estate investment firm near Mid-Wilshire is looking for a Senior Property Accountant on a contract basis. In this position, the Contract Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, assisting with month/quarter/year-end closes, account & bank reconciliation, G/L management, conducting financial and cash flow reporting, as well as preparing fund entries. The Contract Senior Accountant will also provide investor & lender reporting packages, assist with tax filings, and take part in various audits.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related discipline is required.
  • Real estate industry experience is required.
  • CPA or CPA tracking is a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel is required.
  • Pay, $47 - 52/hr.
