Job Overview

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial real estate portfolio management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial real estate portfolio, including managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall value of our properties.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting professional development and growth within the organization.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  6. Identify opportunities for business growth and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate property management, preferably with a large property management company or developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with property management software, such as Yardi or MRI.

What We Offer

Cushman & Wakefield offers a competitive salary range of $106,250.00 - $125,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
