Responsibilities:

• Handle the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Process bi-monthly payroll for a growing number of team members

• Work with multiple payroll types including commission, salary, and hourly

• Utilize Excel for various tasks such as creating formulas and copying data

• Manage utility accounting tasks as part of your role

• Import and export data between Paycom and our accounting system

• Monitor payroll accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Maintain accurate records of all payroll activities

• Resolve any payroll-related inquiries from team members

• Ensure compliance with local payroll tax regulations.

• Proficiency in bi-Monthly Payroll procedures is required

• Experience with Full Cycle Payroll processing is a must

• Demonstrable skills in handling Multistate Payroll

• Knowledge of Multi-state Payroll processes is necessary

• Familiarity with Local Payroll Tax regulations is expected

• Ability to efficiently Process Payroll is essential

• Experience in Process Biweekly Payroll tasks is required

• Paycom software experience is a MUST
