Administrative Assistant

LHH is hiring a contract Administrative Assistant for a company in the Milwaukee area. This position will cover a 6 month leave and will provides essential support to the CFO in a variety of tasks including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
•Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations, including filing paperwork, answering phone calls, and preparing documents for meetings.
•Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the Vice President and CFO.
•Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
•Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
•Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
•Project Assistance: Support various projects by conducting research, preparing reports, and managing project timelines.
Type: contract for 6 months
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 an hour
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
