Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions in search of an Accounts Payable Associate near Wheaton, IL. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services, banking, or investment, and a proven track record in handling accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Reconcile fund transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support fund administration by assisting with fund setup, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fund operations and address any operational issues.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to fund operations and accounts payable.
  • Monitor and implement best practices for process improvements and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in accounts payable within financial services, banking, or investment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.


Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
