Job SummaryThe Mailroom Clerk will provide essential support in print and mail services, assisting with basic copying, printing, and mailing tasks under the direction of the on-site Ricoh manager. This role involves substantial physical activity, including lifting, standing, and walking, and requires basic technical and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily print and mail services, including copying, printing, and mailing tasks.
- Follow directions from the on-site Ricoh manager to ensure efficient operation of services.
- Engage in frequent lifting, standing, and walking as part of daily activities.
- Safely lift packages up to 50 lbs with assistance available for heavier items.
- Operate office and mailroom equipment, ensuring functionality and performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in copy, print, and mail services.
- Basic technical skills and familiarity with computers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier items.
- Availability to work on-site with free parking provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced office or mailroom environment.
- Strong organizational skills for efficient workflow.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer service orientation for assisting with inquiries related to print and mail services.
