Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

· Unpack and inspect goods received against purchase orders or invoices, ensuring accuracy and quality control.

· Prepare and assemble kits for customer fulfillment, meeting deadlines and productivity standards.

· Conduct final quality control and shipping of all shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

· Maintain accurate inventory records, performing warehouse/inventory control processes, including auditing, cycle counting, and physical inventory.

· Perform inventory transactions systematically, including material return to stock, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

· Collaborate with the team to achieve high productivity and quality standards, and closely follow instructions to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Previous work experience in a mailroom, packaging center, or assembly line preferred.

· Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a positive attitude and maintain a high level of focus.

· Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

· Willingness to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate through internet-based system screens.

· Experience using office equipment, including a computer, copier, scanner, printer, etc.
