Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 30 production employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily meetings to discuss production goals, managing hiring processes, and interviewing potential production employees.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of up to 30 production workers.
  • Conduct daily meetings to discuss and set production goals.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including interviewing production employees.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to ensure production efficiency.
  • Implement lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Apply Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with management to prepare for production operations.
Essential Skills
  • Production management experience.
  • Supervisory skills with the ability to manage up to 30 production workers.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong capability in tracking KPIs and improving production efficiency.
  • Ability to conduct effective meetings regarding production goals.
  • Understanding of ISO standards.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
