Job Title: Food and Beverage Associates

Duration of the Show: February 6, 2025 – March 9, 2025

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour


Primary Responsibilities

  • Works in the assigned concession area. 
  • Serves customers and manages cash registers. 
  • Prepares and serves food & beverages to customers, as required. 
  • Services customers and answers their questions accurately and politely. 
  • Ensures the concession area remains clean, stocked, and orderly. 
  • Facilitates closing inventory and cleaning duties. 
  • Keeps the working environment clean and sweeps after the show begins.
  • Performs other duties as required after each selling period. 
  • Will help with the setup of concessions.


The ideal candidate will: 

  • Possess the ability to learn ticketing software and retain a high level of complex information.
  • Candidate must be outgoing, personable, vocal, energetic, and willing to engage customers.
  • Be comfortable working in a loud environment.
  • Be calm, motivated, polite, and courteous.
  • Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants, and shoes (no logos).
  • Be physically able to stand up for long hours and travel up-and-down stairs frequently. 
  • Understand customer service and hospitality. 
  • Work well with others. 
  • Pay attention to the details. 
  • Working fast and efficiently under pressure. 
  • Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings). 
  • Know when to get the help of a supervisor.
  • Availability for the whole city duration.
  • English speaking is mandatory – other languages are an asset. 


Schedule

  • Working Hours: Hours will vary.
  • Working Days: 5 days a week (Subject to change according to the show schedule)
