Are you a culinary visionary with a passion for crafting exceptional dining experiences? Our upscale multi-outlet concept is searching for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. This is your opportunity to showcase your expertise in creating innovative farm-to-table menus while mentoring a dynamic team and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary  $90,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative menus with a focus on farm-to-table ingredients and seasonal inspiration.
• Create memorable seasonal specials to delight guests.
• Oversee kitchen operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of P&L and budget management.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in scratch kitchens or upscale dining establishments with a European flair.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment.
• ServSafe Manager Certified.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
• Exceptional creativity, dedication to culinary excellence, and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
