Job Description

We have assembly openings in two different departments. One department focuses on small parts, while the other handles larger, more complex assemblies.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly, wiring, and alignments
  • Utilize hand tools and test equipment
  • Troubleshoot to identify and resolve issues
  • Set up, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and utilize proper PPE
  • Participate in continuous process improvement
Essential Skills
  • Assembly
  • Cleanroom experience
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Blueprint and schematic interpretation
  • Mechanical assembly
  • Wiring
  • Electronic assembly
  • Inspection and troubleshooting
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of mechanical assembly experience required
  • Ability to use cleanroom PPE required
  • Multiple years of assembly experience preferred
  • Previous cleanroom assembly experience is a plus
  • Experience with Windows-based and MS Office programs preferred
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills preferred

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment across two different departments. Shifts vary and can be confirmed upon inquiry. Days shift offers a flexible start time between 6 - 8 am, Monday to Friday. Swing shift runs from 2 pm to 10:30 pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Hillsboro, Oregon.
