We’re looking for a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations and financial strategy as a key partner to the CEO and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who loves a challenge, is skilled at making impactful process improvements, and is comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving company. You will have a direct impact on the bottom line, and your ability to manage moving parts will be critical to the company’s growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Operations: Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, audits, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Audit & Compliance: Manage audits (financial, 401k, property taxes) and ensure compliance with tax reporting and regulatory deadlines.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Lead financial analysis for operations, provide recommendations for improvement, and oversee budget forecasting and KPIs.
  • Process Improvement & KPIs: Design and implement KPIs, improve systems, and ensure compliance with financial contracts and policies.

SALARY RANGE: $140,000 - $175,000
