• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Able to promptly and professionally handle inbound calls
• Experience in auditing and billing functions
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in a sales support role
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry
• Proactiveness in problem-solving and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
