Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Warm Mineral Springs, FL area for the upcoming school year. This onsite position provides a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies to support student success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student goal development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
