Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

Job Summary:

The BCBA will be responsible for designing and implementing ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD. This will involve conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for pursuing excellence in ABA and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with ASD
  • Supervise and guide RBTs in implementing treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing support and training to RBTs to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
  • 1+ years of experience in ABA, preferably with ASD
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background and reference check
