Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-traceability manufacturing, particularly in the aerospace, medical, or related fields. This role requires hands-on experience in electrical-mechanical assembly and final integration, as well as proficiency with precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical-mechanical assembly and final integration tasks.
  • Utilize precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices (e.g., automated and manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters).
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Read, interpret, and work from blueprints or drawings.
  • Adhere to FOD, ESD sensitive hardware, and clean room requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing roles and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant high-traceability manufacturing experience (aerospace, medical, or related field).
  • 2+ years of hands-on work experience in electrical-mechanical assembly and final integration.
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices, as well as standard hand tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) and/or Avionics certification/license.
  • ASE certification and/or equivalent experience.
  • CFOT certification and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience reading, interpreting, and working from blueprints or drawings.
  • Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware, and clean room requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment.
  • Prior military service is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.25

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
