About the Role

This Assembly Technician position plays a critical part in our Distribution team at Force America. You will assemble and test hydraulic systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

As an Assembly Technician, you will work closely with our experienced design engineers, knowledgeable support staff, and skilled production teams to ensure that all systems meet our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems according to work orders.
  • Test all assembled systems for standard expectations of quality, quantity, and time.
  • Maintain system accuracy by updating inventory records by parts used, defective parts, and additional parts needed.
  • Assist customers with needs assessment and complete repairs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
