Mechanical Assembly Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team at Bruker. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling precision mechanical assemblies for electron sources operating at up to 200 kV.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality assembly and maintenance of our electron microscopes.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect quality of incoming parts
- Assemble mechanical and electrical parts and sub-assemblies
- Occasionally perform light machine shop duties such as operating drills, sanders, and material cutting equipment
To be successful in this role, you will need an AA degree or higher, with training provided. Previous assembly experience is a plus. You must be able to read, understand, and follow detailed engineering drawings and process specifications.
CompensationThe estimated base salary range for this position is between $65,020 and $84,000, depending on factors such as education, training, experience, geographic location, and skills. This position also offers a performance-related incentive and a comprehensive benefits package.
