Position Overview:
LHH is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our client in Timonium, MD This role will primarily focus on recruiting top talent while also supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR, a passion for recruitment, and a strong desire to contribute to our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

    • Utilize recruiting platforms and social media to attract candidates.

    • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews.

  • Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

  • HR Support:

    • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.

    • Support HR projects and maintain employee records.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members at all levels.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS systems.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
