Job Description: An IT Project Manager Mid is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closing of information technology projects within an organization. They manage project teams, resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure that projects are completed successfully. Responsibilities may include:
Developing project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
Leading project teams and managing project resources to achieve project goals.
Monitoring project progress and performance against plan.
Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
Communicating project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Managing vendor relationships and contracts as needed.
Providing leadership and guidance to project team members.
Conducting project meetings and reviews to track progress and make decisions.
Managing project documentation and ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
Position Requirements: ServiceNow and ALM experience preferred
PMP certification preferred
Job Scope:
• Oversees day-to-day coordination with other Client IT teams, which includes oversight of budget, staffing, timelines and resources
• Engages External Vendors to onboard resources for successful delivery of application and integration remediation changes
• Support the Client project initiation, execution and governance processes
• Provide status report inputs, metrics for dashboards, financial and workplan variance explanations, and RAID updates
• Work with other Client IT teams to track progress against the workplan through all phases of the project
• Coordinate between Apollo Test and other Client IT teams for test planning, executing, and defect resolution
• Coordinate between Apollo Deployment and other Client IT teams for cutover, readiness, and hypercare
• Engage Apollo and other Client Business/IT teams as needed
• Acquire and apply business/IT knowledge
